Re: Jack Wilshere
Pellegrini, in an inteview on Alan's paper thread, said.....

"We have four or five long term injuries to players who I don't think will play this season."

Looking at those out, Perez, Arnie and Reid are due back soon, or soonish, in Reid's case.

So the 4 or 5 must be Fredericks, Sanchez, Yarmolenko, Lanzini, and Wilshere.

On the Injury Table site, regarding Jack, it says....

"We hoped it was just a pain and that he could adjust for two or three days, but for different things it has been longer than we expected."

I think arsenal offered him an appearance deal and that's why he fucked off :.)

Re: Jack Wilshere

Re: Jack Wilshere
The bloke is a good footballer, there's no doubt about that, but Arsenal had him for years and if they thought he had a future they wouldn't have let him go so easily.

Anyway, last game out he played about 10 minutes which stopped his availability for the next game. You can't consider him as a first choice for the 1st XI.

Re: Jack Wilshere
Hands up, I wanted us to sign him in the summer despite the obvious risk. Thought he looked good for Arsenal last season and seemingly was going in the right direction injury wise.

Being West Ham and our track record with injuries I definitely should have known better.

the one cunting him off the most was our scumbag owner and his simple son

Re: Jack Wilshere
I have hope it won't be as bad as the WHO experts predict. Plenty on here used to say snodders was the worst deal we ever made.

Looks like he's been well and truly dumped on the WHO funeral pyre. Looking forward to his resurrection in a few weeks then.

Re: Jack Wilshere
Shame it’s panning out like most of us suspected. It’s why the consensus on here was if he signs it should only be on a pay and play deal.
